Speckle Software Documentation
How to install and use the laser speckle contrast imaging software developed by the Functional Optical Imaging Laboratory (FOIL) at the University of Texas at Austin.
Background
The Speckle Software is a program developed by FOIL for performing laser speckle contrast imaging. It provides control over an acquisition camera and processes raw image data into speckle contrast images in real-time. The program is written in C++ using the Qt framework and designed to run on modern Windows computers using Basler cameras via USB 3.0 or GigE connections. Additional functionality such as signal generation/acquisition and digital micromirror device (DMD) control is also available through alternative builds of the software.
